artwork format

Artwork must be carefully checked before sending, making sure it is supplied in a finished format, at the correct size, following the artwork guidelines below.

All artwork must be supplied in one of the following formats

  1. Hi Res PDF file (preferably with fonts converted to paths). PC or MAC.
  2. EPS file with all fonts converted to curves (paths). PC or MAC
  3. JPG bitmaps at least 300dpi (1mb +). PC or MAC
  4. CorelDraw v12 with all fonts converted to curves (DO NOT EMBED FONTS). PC ONLY

sizing

All artwork must include 3mm bleed (countermats 5mm bleed) - Do not include crop marks (see table below). Bleed is extra print outside the finished product size, that is cut away after production & should be an extension of the background but with no content required on the finished product.

PLEASE NOTE all critical content (text, logos etc) should be kept at least 3mm inside the intended cut edge of the mat (preferably 5mm). Please see table below.

all mats & coasters have 7mm radius corners.

Remember to check your artwork thoroughly, proof read it and approve it before sending it to us.

Artwork can be sent via email (up to 20mb) to artwork@themousemat.com or on CD by post to the4all.com, PO Box 4280, Stourbridge. DY8 3WJ.

Any artwork received that is not in a suitable format will not be used & you will be asked to resubmit your artwork.
